Reverse the order of lines in a text file

Use Notepad++
http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

Install TextFX plugin

Plugins >> Plugin Manager >> Show Plugin Manager
Select TextFX Characters and Install

Select the lines to be reversed.
or
Edit >> Select All (ctrl+A)

TextFX >> TextFX Tools >> Insert Line Numbers
If TextFX >> TextFX Tools >> +Sort ascending is selected, unselect it
TextFX >> TextFX Tools >> Sort lines case sensitive (at column)
TextFX >> TextFX Tools >> Delete Line Numbers or First Word
